Terms for businesses on SeeYouSoon.

This applies when your business sells, takes bookings or uses the panel at SeeYouSoon: what we do, what you are responsible for and how we treat each other.

1. Who the terms apply to

SeeYouSoon is run by Timmarna Platform, a sole trader with organisation number 970905-3558, Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg. “We” in these terms means SeeYouSoon.

“You” means the business that applies to become a partner or that uses SeeYouSoon in its operations. It also covers the people the business allows to use the app or the panel on its behalf.

The terms apply in all sectors: restaurants and grocery shops, salons, car washes, cleaning companies, tradespeople, car repair workshops and recovery services, removal firms, freight haulage companies, taxi companies and drivers, shops, dog walkers, event organisers and tyre suppliers. Some sectors have their own sections below.

The terms apply to your application and to all use of SeeYouSoon in your business for as long as our relationship continues. They are always available here, at seeyousoon.se/partnervillkor, including before you apply.

Our Data processing agreement forms part of the terms. Our Terms of use apply to your customers, and how we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

If you and we have signed a separate agreement on a matter, for example a fee or an ad, that agreement takes precedence over these terms on that particular matter.

The terms are written to comply with the EU Regulation on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services, Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.

2. What you get

What is available depends on your sector. At present, SeeYouSoon can give you:

  • A listing in the app with the business's name, address, opening hours, services, menu or product range and prices, which you keep up to date yourselves.
  • Visibility on the website. Data from the listing (name, address, whether you are open, lowest price and a link into the app) is also shown on seeyousoon.se, in search, on the map and in Priskoll.
  • Bookings, orders, quote requests and rides from customers, and tools to reply to, confirm, change and complete them.
  • The business's pages in the app and the panel at admin.seeyousoon.se, where you and the people you invite run the business.
  • Chat and calls in the app with the customer during a booking. The chat can be translated automatically. Messages are deleted 30 days after they were written.
  • Reviews from customers who have booked or ordered from you, and the option to reply to them.
  • The «Pay with Swish» button, which opens the customer's Swish with your number and the amount filled in.
  • Kassa & personal (Till & staff) and SeeYouSoon Club, described below.
  • Ads and paid placement (uniformly marked «Ad»), under a separate agreement with us (section 8).

Kassa & personal

Kassa & personal is a tool for your staff: staff register, weekly schedule, clocking in and out, breaks, corrections of times, pay models, tips and payroll data. You can export the payroll data as CSV or PAXml to your own payroll system.

The tool is under development and may change. It is not a certified cash register, and clocking in and out is not a staff register (personalliggare). If requirements for a staff register or a cash register apply in your sector (for example restaurants, hairdressing and beauty, car workshops and car washes, or construction), you provide them yourselves. We do not pay any wages and do not run payroll: you do.

SeeYouSoon Club

All customers with an account are members of SeeYouSoon Club and earn points on completed purchases. The points have no monetary value (0 kr). You pay nothing for the points customers earn with you.

  • You can have one stamp card at a time, with 2 to 50 stamps, and post member offers. Offers may cost the customer points to unlock.
  • You decide the reward and bear it as a direct price reduction on your own sales receipt to the customer (with no payout, pass-through invoicing or VAT impact at Timmarna Platform). You receive no compensation from us when a customer redeems a reward or an offer with you.
  • You see how many people have stamps and rewards, and a code's reward and status. You never see who is behind a code.
  • Purchases that you yourselves or your staff make from your own business earn no points. The server automatically checks patterns of suspected self-dealing between a customer account and a business or a driver on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) and Article 14 GDPR), and a person on our team always reviews the case before points are clawed back or action is taken.
  • We may pause a stamp card or offer that breaches the terms. You will then see the pause and our comment in the app.
  • Material changes to the rules on how customers' points are earned, redeemed or expire are communicated at least 30 days in advance via e-mail and in the app.

We develop the service continuously. We give notice of changes that affect you under these terms as set out in section 15.

3. Application and review

You apply in the app under «Become a partner» with the business's name, organisation number, address, town and phone number. The app checks that the organisation number has the correct check digit. You then upload the documents below.

Before you submit the application, you tick to confirm that you accept these partner terms and the data processing agreement. We keep a record of which version you accepted, when and where (in the application, in the app or in the panel). Businesses that are already connected are asked once, the next time they sign in, and when we publish a new version you are asked again.

A person on our team opens and reviews every document before the application is approved. We do not currently look the business up automatically with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) or other registers: the review is made against the documents you send.

Files may be JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF of no more than 10 MB. They are kept privately in our file storage under EU jurisdiction (seeyousoon-kyc-eu). Each time someone on our team opens a file, this is logged. If you replace a document with a new one, the old one is kept as well.

We may ask for additional information or documents, or reject an application. You will receive the decision in the app. Nothing is opened to customers before the application has been approved.

According to a statement of 2026-11-03 from the holder of Timmarna Platform, he is neither owner, board member nor authorised signatory in GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB (he only works there, which matches the public board register). Timmarna Platform is therefore assessed independently as a micro and small enterprise (fewer than 50 employees and under EUR 10 million in turnover) and is exempt from certain requirements in the EU Digital Services Act (Article 30). We nevertheless collect the name, registration number, address, phone number, a copy of the identification and the certificate of registration. We do not collect bank details. When you use SeeYouSoon, you confirm that you offer only services and goods that comply with the law.

Accounts and access

  • Each person has their own account. Sign-in details must not be shared.
  • You invite managers, staff and drivers to your business yourselves, and remove anyone who should no longer have access. You are responsible for what they do in your name.
  • We may require two-step verification for owners and managers.
  • If you suspect that someone unauthorised has accessed your account, write to us immediately.

4. Your responsibility as the seller

The contract for the service or goods is concluded between the customer and you. You are the seller, and your business name is shown to the customer. If you are a sole trader, your registration number and address are hidden on open public pages before sign-in, but are shown to signed-in customers at checkout, on the order confirmation and on the receipt under the Distance Contracts Act (if you work from home, you may provide a PO box address or c/o address as your business address). SeeYouSoon is not a party to the purchase.

  • Prices and information. You set the prices in your sector (for taxis, see section 5). You are responsible for prices, descriptions, images, allergens, opening hours and availability being correct, and for complying with prisinformationslagen (the Price Information Act) and marknadsföringslagen (the Marketing Practices Act). Our server calculates the price of each booking from your price list, and the price the customer saw before booking applies.
  • Consumer law. You comply with konsumenttjänstlagen (the Consumer Services Act), konsumentköplagen (the Consumer Sales Act) and distansavtalslagen (the Distance Contracts Act) where they apply, and handle customers' complaints, right of withdrawal and compensation. In several sectors the customer can report a problem in the app. We then register the case, put you in touch with the customer and may refer to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We never decide on money between you and the customer.
  • Permits and insurance. You hold and maintain the permits, registrations and insurance your business requires. You notify us immediately if any of them changes, expires or is revoked.
  • Food. You comply with food legislation, including on hygiene and allergen information. Age-restricted goods cannot be delivered to the home through the app. On collection, you check the customer's identification at the counter.
  • Receipts, VAT and bookkeeping. You issue receipts, account for VAT and keep the books for your sales. If you are subject to the cash register requirement (kassaregisterplikt), you need your own certified cash register.
  • RUT and ROT. Where RUT or ROT tax deductions apply to your service, you apply for them with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). A personal identity number provided by the customer for a RUT or ROT deduction on a booking is kept encrypted and shown only to you while the case is ongoing. For the deduction to belong to the current tax year, the customer's payment must be booked with you by 31 December at the latest (remind the customer that card and Swish payments on 30–31 December may settle in January), the work must be completed and your application must reach Skatteverket by 31 January of the following year at the latest.
  • Cancellation and no-show fees. In sectors where the app has such fees, the fee you have set applies; otherwise, the fee that applies to the sector in the app. The customer sees the fee before booking. The fee goes to you, is never higher than the price of the booking, and you may only charge the fee the customer saw. You may waive it. A booking that you enter yourselves for a customer without an account carries no fee.
  • Right of withdrawal and fees. If the customer withdraws from a booking with a valid right of withdrawal before the service has begun, the cancellation fee is always 0 kr, regardless of your normal cancellation deadline, and you may not charge any fee. If the customer has paid, you must refund the payment within 14 days. When a customer books a service starting within 14 days, the app collects the customer's express request in an unticked checkbox (Chapter 2, Section 11(1) of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act); only where such an express request has been given are you entitled to proportionate payment for work performed before the customer withdrew, and only then does the right of withdrawal end once the service is fully performed. For urgent vehicle recovery and roadside assistance, Chapter 2, Section 11(1) and (12) of the Act apply with free cancellation (0 kr) until the assignment has begun.
  • Moving. A move booked for a specific date (even when packing or move-out cleaning is included in the same assignment) falls under the exemption for goods transport on a specific date (Chapter 2, Section 11(12) of the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act) as well as Bohag 2010 for consumer moves. In the app, the customer can still cancel a booked move free of charge until you are on your way. For consumer moves on an hourly rate, the final price may not exceed the estimated price by more than 15 % unless another limit has been agreed or extra work has been approved in the app (section 36 of the Consumer Services Act). RUT tax deductions may never be applied to the transport of newly purchased shop or second-hand goods.
  • Events. If an event is cancelled, moved to another day or time, or changed in a way that materially affects the buyer, the buyer has the right to choose between keeping the ticket and claiming a refund from you as the organiser. You are responsible for the refund.
  • Your staff. You are the employer of your staff and are responsible for employment law, working hours, taxes and wages.
  • Honesty. You must not create fake bookings, orders or reviews, buy reviews or give customers anything in return for a particular rating.
  • Lawful content. What you post must not break the law or infringe the rights of others.
  • What may not be sold. On SeeYouSoon you may not sell or offer alcoholic beverages above 2.25 % ABV (alcohol-free drinks and low-alcohol beer up to 2.25 % ABV are permitted, whereas medium-strength beer (folköl), stronger alcohol, liqueur chocolates and confectionery containing intoxicating liquid alcohol are prohibited), tobacco, snus, nicotine products or e-cigarettes, pork, pig meat, pork gelatine or other pig derivatives, gambling or lotteries, adult products or sexual services, drugs, cannabis, CBD or nitrous oxide, weapons, ammunition or explosives, or medicines. This applies even if you hold a licence for the item. When you add, edit or import a product, dish, service or description, the server automatically checks the words against a word list and rejects the text immediately with an explanation. Texts that pass the word list are also read in the background by an AI model without personal data (see AI at SeeYouSoon) that can only flag suspected prohibited goods for our staff. A person on our team always makes the decision if anything is removed or restricted, and you are told why in writing.

5. Taxi companies and drivers

Every taxi ride in the app is operated under a taxi company's taxi operating licence (taxitrafiktillstånd). A driver can only go online when he or she is linked to a taxi company whose licence we hold on file and which has not expired.

  • The taxi company's responsibility. The taxi company is responsible for the ride, the vehicles, the taximeter, the reporting centre (redovisningscentral) and the statutory receipt from the taximeter. The booking's receipt in the app names the taxi company as the seller and states that the ride was arranged by SeeYouSoon.
  • Price and comparison price. Each taxi company sets its own fare in the panel within the platform's comparison-price cap (currently 700 kr; any guide values in the panel are non-binding suggestions). We calculate the pre-agreed fixed price from the taxi company's fare and show it to the customer before booking; before sign-in on the web, the lowest active price on the route is shown as «from X kr». A lowered price cap is announced at least 15 days in advance (30 days if accompanied by a fee change). Under Chapter 2, Section 17 of the Taxi Traffic Act, a price agreed in advance in the app may never exceed the highest comparison price shown on the performing car's physical price sticker, and the driver registers the ride in the taximeter when the trip begins.
  • Express parcel by taxi. Standalone parcel deliveries without passengers must be entered on the taximeter's goods tariff with 25 % VAT under the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations (TSFS 2013:41), never on the passenger tariff (6 %). So that the vehicle continues to be used mainly for passenger transport under Chapter 2, Section 16 of the Taxi Traffic Act, the parcel share is tracked per vehicle and financial year: the system warns at a 35 % parcel share and blocks new parcel jobs for the vehicle at a 45 % parcel share.
  • No exclusivity and publicly funded transport. Drivers and vehicles are never exclusive to SeeYouSoon and are free to drive for other dispatch centres and platforms. However, the taxi company confirms that a vehicle is never signed in as available on SeeYouSoon at the same time as it is performing an exclusive shift within publicly procured special transport services (färdtjänst) or school transport where the contract prohibits other traffic.
  • Driver terms and union consultation. Every driver must actively tap «I accept the driver terms» (the driver terms) before going online for the first time on a new version of the terms. If your taxi company is bound by a collective bargaining agreement, you as the employer are responsible for carrying out any consultation required under section 11 of the Co-Determination in the Workplace Act (MBL) before connecting employed drivers to the app's location and rest-time tools.
  • The driver's documents. The taxi company and the driver receive a reminder 30 and 7 days before a document expires. Once a required document has expired, the driver cannot go online, receive or accept rides until a valid document is in place.
  • Rest time. The app counts the driver's time online and what the driver adds themselves. When rest is too short or driving time has run out, the driver cannot go online or accept rides, and a driver who is online is taken offline automatically when driving time runs out. No exceptions can be made. The app does not replace the logbook (tidbok) that the driver must by law keep and carry.
  • What the taxi company sees. The owner sees, among other things, the drivers' names, status, the status and dates of their documents, working hours, today's rides and, when the driver is online, the driver's position. Drivers' phone numbers are shown with the last four digits, and showing the full number is logged. The taxi company does not see the customer's name or phone number, only the ride's addresses and price, and the customer's first name in a complaint.
  • The taxi company's decisions about drivers. The taxi company can suspend its own drivers or set them offline. The driver then receives the company's written reasons in the app.

6. Fees and payments

SeeYouSoon takes no commission on completed orders. The full amount the customer pays for your service or goods is yours.

The monthly fee

Your business pays a fixed fee to SeeYouSoon every month, excluding VAT:

  • You accept the price first. The fee applies only once you have accepted the price in the app or the panel. A business that has not accepted the price is never invoiced.
  • 3 months free. The first 3 months from the day you accept the price cost nothing.
  • No minimum term. You can end the partnership whenever you like (section 18). The fee for the month under way when you terminate is payable, and anything already paid is not refunded.
  • Even in a month without orders. After the 3 free months, the fee is paid every month, even in a month without orders, because you have the panel, the schedule and your visibility in the app.
  • Active vehicle. A vehicle that is approved and in service for your business on the last day of the month. A vehicle that you have taken out of service before the end of the month does not count, nor does one that is awaiting review or has been rejected. For taxi and freight, the business's vehicles in the app are counted, and for towing, the active tow drivers. For moving, you state the number of vehicles yourselves in the panel.
  • A workshop that also does towing. It pays both: 299 kr for the workshop and 999 kr per tow vehicle.
  • The invoice. Timmarna Platform invoices the fee in arrears for each month by e-mail to the business's owner (the invoicing service Invoiless will be activated only once the server country and a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR are in place). VAT is added as required by law.

Ads in the app are agreed and paid for separately.

The customer's payment goes directly to you

  • The customer pays you in the way that applies in your sector: on site, on collection, at the door, against your invoice or with Swish.
  • «Pay with Swish» opens the customer's Swish with your own Swish number, the amount and a message containing the booking's code. The money goes directly from the customer to you.
  • We receive no confirmation from Swish that the customer has paid. The app therefore never shows that a Swish payment is complete. You check the payment yourselves in your Swish.
  • Only the business's owner can enter or change the Swish number.
  • No money from your customers passes through SeeYouSoon, and we pay nothing out to you.

7. Tyre suppliers

On SeeYouSoon's tyre marketplace, wholesalers sell tyres to car washes and workshops that are on SeeYouSoon. The marketplace is not open to consumers.

  • Application. The supplier applies with the business's details and is approved by us before the catalogue is shown.
  • The catalogue. The supplier is responsible for prices, stock, delivery times and the tyres' EU label being correct.
  • The order. The supplier invoices the car wash or workshop placing the order directly. No money for the tyres passes through SeeYouSoon.
  • What the supplier receives. The ordering business's name, organisation number, address and phone number, and the first name of the person placing the order. When the tyres are for a customer's car, the supplier receives only the car's registration number and the tyre size, never the customer's name or phone number.
  • Our fee. SeeYouSoon charges no percentage commission on the tyre supplier's orders (0 % commission), nor any fee to the car washes, workshops or their customers for purchases. The tyre supplier pays the same fixed subscription fee as other connected businesses (299 kr per month excl. VAT, with the first 3 months free and no minimum term under section 6).
  • Invoice. The monthly fee is invoiced in arrears under section 6 and is not paid through the app.

8. Ranking and ads

This is how the order in which businesses are shown to customers is decided. No payment other than a paid advertising placement (marked «Ad») affects the order.

The rating is the average of the customers' stars. Reviews that we have hidden are not counted.

Taxi. Rides are allocated automatically by the system. Among other things, it takes into account the driver's location and who can be first on the scene, scheduled pickups, how little empty driving results, the driver's trip home when he or she has chosen it, and the driver's queue of rides. A driver who does not meet the requirements (approved, online, valid documents, the right vehicle class, sufficient rest) gets no rides. No driver or taxi company can pay for more or better rides.

Connection to a taxi company. According to a statement on 2026-11-03 from the person who operates SeeYouSoon, he is neither an owner, board member nor authorised signatory of the taxi company GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB, which drives rides in the app, and has no connection to it other than working there (which matches the public board register). The company gets no priority: allocation follows the same rules for all taxi companies and drivers. Data and fares of other taxi companies are never used for GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB, and any staff access to another taxi company's data or fares requires an open support case and is recorded in the security log.

Ads and paid placement

  • If you want to advertise, we agree the price and period of each advertisement with you. We enter and review the advertisement for you.
  • Every paid placement, banner and paid map pin is uniformly marked «Ad», together with which business is paying for the ad and why the customer sees it. Businesses that we feature editorially without payment are marked «Featured partner».
  • Which advertisement is shown depends only on the place in the app, the sector and the city the customer has chosen. We do not use any information about the customer to choose an advertisement.
  • We only count how many times, in total, an advertisement has been shown and clicked. Nothing is stored about who saw it.

We do not sell your services through any channels or partner programmes other than the app and the website. You may offer the same services and goods by other means, through other channels and at other prices.

9. Reviews and content

  • Reviews can only be left by signed-in customers who have completed a booking or ride with the business in the app. A restaurant order can be reviewed within 90 days. Owners and staff cannot rate their own connected business.
  • For reviews of restaurants, grocery shops and salons, the customer's first name, the stars, the text and your reply are shown.
  • You can reply to a review. The reply is shown to everyone under the review.
  • If you believe that a review of your business is incorrect or unlawful, the owner can report it to us. A report does not hide the review. A person at SeeYouSoon assesses it, and if we hide the review, the person who wrote it is told why. You are notified when a review of you is hidden or shown again.
  • Anyone can report illegal content, including content in your listing, as described in Report content (DSA). We may then remove or hide the content, and we will give you our reasons as set out in section 14.

Translation with AI

  • What you write for your page is translated automatically into the customer's language and marked «Translated automatically». The text goes to MiniMax (China), Google Gemini (for Kurdish) or Cloudflare Workers AI. Names, phone numbers, e-mail, web addresses and street addresses are removed automatically before the text is sent.
  • Do not write details about individual people in your texts.
  • You see every translation under «Translations» and can correct it. Your text then takes precedence over the AI's.
  • What you write about what a product contains is always also shown in the original language, and you answer for it being correct. No AI translates allergens or ingredient lists.

10. Rights to content

You retain all rights to your name, your logo, your images, texts, menus and price lists.

You grant us a free, non-exclusive right to store, adapt (for example crop, reformat or translate) and display the content in the app, in the panel and on the website, for as long as you are a partner and until the content has been removed. Images of dishes, logos and covers are public in the app.

You confirm that you have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

SeeYouSoon, the app, the panel, the website and the brand belong to us. You may use them only in the way the service is designed for. Reviews written by customers belong neither to you nor to us.

11. Data and data access

This section sets out which data you have access to and which data we hold, in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.

  • Export. There is no general export of your customers. What can be exported is the payroll data from Checkout & staff, the taxi company's list of declined rides and the haulier's freight list as CSV, and your own account's data under «Download all my data» in the app.
  • Other businesses. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to other businesses, except to a tyre supplier you order from yourselves (section 7). We use service providers, for example for hosting and storage, who are listed in the privacy policy.
  • When the partnership ends. Take out the exports you need before you end it. Bookings and orders are kept by us as accounting records. Your application and your documents are kept until your account is deleted (section 18).

12. Personal data

When we are the controller

We are the controller for your application and your documents, for the accounts used in your business, for security logs and for the brokering of bookings, SeeYouSoon Club and advertisements. How we process the data is described in the Privacy policy.

When you are the controller

You process the customer data you receive through a booking (name, phone number, address, messages) as a controller in your own right. You may use it only to carry out the booking, handle complaints and meet your own legal obligations, for example bookkeeping. You may not use it for marketing or pass it on without a legal basis. Delete it when you no longer need it.

When we are a processor

When you yourselves register people in our tools for your own purposes, you are the controller and we are your processor. This applies, for example, to:

  • your staff in Kassa & personal: schedules, clock-ins and clock-outs, corrections, pay models and payroll data;
  • customers you enter yourselves: bookings for customers without an account at salons and workshops, the taxi company's phone bookings, the tyre hotel's storage and inspection records, and the workshop's vehicle register;
  • business customers with a business account (rides and freight): the company's employee list, cost centres and monthly reports (whereas the customer company, SeeYouSoon and the carrier are each an independent controller for the transport itself).

For that processing, the data processing agreement applies, which forms part of these terms.

As controllers, you make sure that there is a legal basis, that data subjects receive information and that their requests are answered. We assist under the data processing agreement.

Clocking in and location. Once you have set the workplace's location, the app asks for the phone's position when someone clocks in, and we store only the distance to the workplace, rounded to 10 metres. It is also stored when the requirement to clock in near the workplace is switched off, if the phone provides a position. The position itself is not stored. You inform your staff of this, and negotiate with the trade union where the law requires it, before you switch the requirement on.

13. The customer's wishes («My needs»)

A customer can share their wishes with a booking through «My needs» in the app: lines about what you should do, for example «Ask before you open the window» or that the food must not contain nuts, and the customer's own words. The wishes may be information about the customer's health. That is why the following applies to you and to everyone who works for you.

  • What you receive and acknowledgement before viewing. You see the customer's wishes only once you have accepted the booking, only while it is ongoing, and only after you have tapped «Accept» in the confidentiality prompt confirming non-disclosure and the ban on copying and discrimination. Before you accept, you see nothing — not even that the customer has wishes. This applies to taxi drivers (only the driver performing the ride, never the taxi company), restaurants and grocery shops (the owner, managers and staff, never the courier), couriers (only the lines the customer chose to share with the courier, never the kitchen's or shop's lines), salons (the owner and the stylist taking the appointment), car washes (the owner and the washer handling the wash), car workshops (the owner, managers and mechanics, never the recovery driver), cleaning (only the named cleaner on the visit), trades (the owner, managers and the team member assigned to the job, once the quote is approved), moving (the owner and the crew lead, once the quote is approved), dog walking (only the walker doing the walk) and events (only the count of bookings sharing each line without names, 48 hours before the event if at least five guests have booked). Tyre hotels, freight and shopping do not receive the customer's lines. The lines are shown in your app language with the Swedish original underneath, and the customer's own words exactly as the customer wrote them.
  • For the booking only. You use the wishes only to carry out that booking, never for marketing, selecting customers, pricing, profiling or anything else.
  • No copying. You may not copy, photograph, screenshot, write down, print, store or pass on the wishes, except to the member of your staff who carries out the booking and needs them.
  • Confidentiality. You and your staff treat the wishes as confidential, also after the booking and after our cooperation has ended (section 16). You make sure that everyone who sees them is bound by the same confidentiality.
  • Ask first. The wishes say what the customer wants you to do. They are not a medical assessment. Ask the customer before you do anything that concerns them, and do nothing the customer does not want. Never give medical advice. Help with the customer's own medicine only if the customer asks. If life is in danger: call 112.
  • No refusal. You may not refuse, cancel, delay or offer worse terms for a booking because of the customer's wishes or a disability (the Swedish Discrimination Act 2008:567, chapter 2 section 12, and chapter 1 section 4 point 3 on inadequate accessibility). An assistance dog or guide dog is never refused. It never costs anything. A driver with a proven allergy returns the ride at once, and it goes to another car; you hold the certificate, not us. A cancellation shortly after the wishes were shown is reviewed by a person at SeeYouSoon, never automatically. Discrimination can lead to discrimination compensation (chapter 5 section 1) and to us restricting or ending our cooperation (section 14). If you cannot do what the customer asks, answer honestly in the app: a restaurant or shop answers «Understood – we can arrange it» or «Can't guarantee it», and after «Can't guarantee it» the customer can cancel at no cost as long as the order has not left you.
  • Allergens (restaurants and grocery shops). You are responsible for the allergen information for each dish and product being correct and complete under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and the Swedish Food Agency's rules, before purchase and at delivery. Answer «Understood – we can arrange it» only when you can. Never promise that food is free from an allergen you cannot rule out.
  • Logging. Every time you open the wishes it is logged, and the customer sees that you have read them.
  • Incidents. If the wishes have reached someone who should not see them, tell us without delay and within 24 hours at the latest at [email protected].
  • Personal data. The wishes are customer data you receive through the booking. Section 12 applies to them, together with what is set out here.

14. Restriction and suspension

Grounds

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your use of SeeYouSoon, in whole or in part, if:

  • a required document or permit is missing, has expired or has been revoked;
  • information about the business is incorrect or misleading;
  • you break the law, for example consumer, food, taxi or marketing legislation, or these terms;
  • your content is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights;
  • you misuse customers' personal data;
  • there are fake bookings, reviews or points, or other cheating;
  • the safety of customers, drivers or staff is put at risk, or you repeatedly fail to carry out bookings you have accepted;
  • your account has been used by someone unauthorised, or it is necessary to protect the service;
  • you do not pay a fee that you have agreed with us;
  • an authority or a court requires it.

A restriction may mean that your listing is hidden or switched off, that a role in the app is paused, that a stamp card, an offer or an ad is paused or removed, or that content is hidden.

Some restrictions happen automatically and are shown straight away in the app, for example a driver being unable to go online when a document has expired or the rest period is too short.

The reasons

  • If we restrict or suspend you, you receive the reasons in writing, in the app or by e-mail to the owner's account, no later than when the decision takes effect.
  • If we end the entire partnership, you receive the reasons at least 30 days in advance.
  • We may do so without notice if the law or a decision by a public authority requires it, if it is necessary for someone's safety or to protect the service, or if you have repeatedly breached the terms. In that case, you will be given the reasons without undue delay.
  • The notice states the circumstances on which the decision is based and which of the grounds above it concerns, except where the law or a decision by an authority prevents us.

You can always reply

You can explain your side and present new circumstances by writing to [email protected]. A person on our team reviews the reply. If we change the decision, we restore your access without undue delay.

According to a statement of 2026-11-03 from the holder of Timmarna Platform (see sections 3 and 8), the platform constitutes an independent small enterprise and is therefore not required under the Regulation (Articles 11 and 12) to have a formal internal complaint-handling system or to designate mediators. We nevertheless respond to every complaint you send us.

15. Changes to the terms

  • We communicate changes on a durable medium by e-mail to the contact address of the businesses concerned as well as in the partner panel at least 15 days before they take effect (and at least 30 days in advance for new fees, changed pricing models or new advertising terms). If you need more time for technical or commercial adaptation, we grant a longer period.
  • The new version is published here with its date and version number.
  • If you do not wish to accept the change, you may terminate the agreement before it takes effect. The termination then takes effect no later than 15 days after you received the notice.
  • We may change the terms or the list of prohibited goods without notice when a legal or regulatory obligation or a decision by a public authority requires it, upon mandatory sudden terms requirements from the Apple App Store or Google Play that do not allow a notice period (Article 3.4(a) of Regulation 2019/1150), or to address an unforeseen and imminent threat to the service, consumers or you, for example fraud, dangerous products, malicious code or a security problem.
  • We never change the terms retroactively.

16. Confidentiality

Anything you and we learn about each other's business that is not public must be kept confidential. This also covers customers' personal data, login details and security routines.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, or that either of us must disclose under the law or a decision by an authority. It continues to apply after the partnership has ended.

17. Liability and damages

  • We do our best to keep SeeYouSoon working, but we cannot promise that the service will always be available or free from errors. We may need to take it offline for short periods for maintenance.
  • You are responsible to the customer for your service or goods. You indemnify us against claims from customers or others that arise from your service, your content or your breach of the law or of these terms.
  • We are not liable for indirect loss, for example lost sales or lost profit, except where we have caused the loss intentionally or through gross negligence.
  • Our aggregate liability for damages towards you per twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees you have paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage, yet always at least SEK 10,000 (and at most 0.5 price base amounts if no higher fees have been paid during the period), except where we have caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.
  • Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by something beyond our control, for example power cuts, failures at telecom or cloud providers, decisions by authorities or natural events.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Term and termination

  • The terms apply until further notice, from your application and for as long as you use SeeYouSoon in your business.
  • You can end the partnership at any time by writing to [email protected]. We then close your listing. The monthly fee for the month under way is payable (section 6). If you have a separate agreement with us on an ad, that agreement's terms apply to that agreement.
  • If the owner deletes their own account, the business's listing is not closed automatically. So write to us when you want to end the partnership.
  • We may terminate our relationship as set out in section 14.
  • You carry out bookings already made when the partnership ends, or cancel them under the terms the customer was given when booking.
  • Your application, your documents and your account details are kept until your account is deleted. Hauliers' documents in freight are kept even after that. The business's details, bookings and orders are kept by us as accounting records for 7 years after the end of the calendar year, even when the owner's account is deleted. After that, the customers' personal data in the bookings is removed.
  • The sections on confidentiality, liability, rights to content and disputes continue to apply after the partnership has ended.

19. Law, disputes and contact

Swedish law governs these terms and our relationship.

If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it together. If that is not possible, the dispute will be decided by the general courts, with the Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
