How it works
Food in three steps.
Step 1
Choose restaurant and dishes
You see the menu and the prices. If the restaurant delivers, you also see the delivery fee, the delivery area and the minimum order before you order; otherwise only collection is shown. Closed restaurants do not accept orders.
Step 2
The restaurant confirms
You are notified when it has received the order and when the food is ready. For delivery you see in the app when the food is «On its way» and when it is «Delivered».
Step 3
Collect or receive, and pay
If you collect, you pay at the restaurant when you collect. If the food is delivered, you pay at the door when the order arrives, by card, Swish or cash, whichever the restaurant accepts. Alcohol is never delivered.

Cancel while it's pending
As long as the restaurant hasn't confirmed, you can change your mind.

Ratings come only from someone who has actually collected food, or had it delivered, from there.
