What most people get in touch about.

Check the status in the app first — it shows whether the restaurant has confirmed, whether the food is being prepared or whether it's ready to collect. If it's well past the time shown in the app, email [email protected] with the order number and we'll contact the restaurant for you.

Photograph what you received and email [email protected] the same day, with the order number. We take the matter up with the business and get back to you.

Cancellation is done in the app. Food: as long as the restaurant has not confirmed the order. Salons, car wash and dog walking: up to two hours before. Cleaning: no later than 24 hours before. Moving: as long as the request is open. Taxi: as long as the ride has not started, but once a driver has accepted it can cost a fee. What applies to your particular booking is shown in the app.

You delete the account yourself in the app under My account → Privacy & data → «Delete account & personal data». What is deleted and what is kept is stated on Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address you registered with. Records that must be kept under bokföringslagen (the Accounting Act) are retained for seven years, but are detached from your profile.

Take it up with us instead of chasing them. We contact the business, and if we can't reach them either, we take the case further.

There is no button to undo an SOS in the app. The call to 112 is your phone's own and is not controlled by the app. The alarm that was registered with SeeYouSoon is seen by the taxi team in its panel, which closes it, and then you get the message «Your case has been handled». If you want to explain what happened, write to [email protected].
