The terms for using SeeYouSoon.
This page sets out what applies when you use the app: who you do business with, how price, payment and cancellation work, and which rules apply to everyone.
In brief
- SeeYouSoon acts as an intermediary for bookings and orders. You do business with the business that performs the service or sells the goods, and that business is responsible for it.
- You see the price and any fees before you confirm. You pay the business directly: on site, in the car, at the door, against an invoice from the business or by Swish to the business's own number. No money goes through us.
- Each business has its own cancellation rules. The app shows them before you book and in the booking.
- As a consumer you have your statutory rights, including a right of withdrawal for certain services and goods. There is no right of withdrawal for taxi, restaurant food or events on a specific date.
- Paid placement is always marked «Ad».
- SOS does not replace 112 — always call 112 if you are in danger.
- AI in the app gives suggestions and estimates, not binding answers.
- You take a complaint to the business first, and you can always contact us. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

1. Who is responsible
SeeYouSoon is run by Timmarna Platform, a sole trader, org. no. 970905-3558, VAT reg. no. , Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg, [email protected]. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.
The app is available at app.seeyousoon.se. The app is published by the proprietor of Timmarna Platform (sole trader), who operates the SeeYouSoon service. When SeeYouSoon's phone apps are published on Google Play and the App Store, they are published from developer accounts belonging to the same person: on Google Play the developer is called «Mognzar», and in the App Store Apple shows the proprietor's own name as the seller. It is the same service and the same responsible party, and these terms apply there too.
2. What SeeYouSoon does
SeeYouSoon is a marketplace in an app. We pass bookings and orders on to local businesses, show their prices and terms, send messages between you and provide support. We are not a party to the contract for the service or goods.
Who you are dealing with
- The contract is concluded between you and the business that performs the service or sells the goods. You see the business's name in the app before you book.
- Those who sell in the app do so as businesses (traders). Anyone who wants to sell applies as a business with an organisation number and a certificate of registration, and an administrator reviews the application before it is approved.
- On open list and profile pages, sole traders' registration numbers (which are the holder's personal identity number) and home addresses are hidden, and the page instead shows the business name, «Sole trader» and the town or area. Once you are signed in, the trader's full name, registration number and registered address (for home-based businesses without premises, this may be a PO box address or c/o address) are shown before you complete the booking at checkout as well as on the booking confirmation and receipt (chapter 2, section 2, items 2–3 of the Distance Contracts Act).
- Since the seller is a business, the consumer protection laws, for example the distansavtalslagen (Distance Contracts Act), apply to your contract with it.
How responsibility is divided
- The business is responsible for the service or goods, for the information it gives about them (for example menu, contents, opening hours and price), for performing what you have booked, and for complaints and refunds.
- We are responsible for the app and the intermediation: that the booking reaches the business, that the price and terms shown are those that apply to the booking, and that you can reach both the business and us.
If example displays are switched on in a new sector, the app shows cards marked «Demo – example display» without ratings, reviews or certificates. They cannot be booked and are automatically hidden in the sector as soon as a real business joins. Taxi never shows example cards.
How we make the site and the app accessible to everyone, what we know falls short and where you can turn is set out on the Accessibility page.
3. Your account
Who can have an account
You must be at least 18 years old, provide correct information and keep the account to yourself. When you create the account, you accept these terms. To book, you need your real first name and surname and a phone number in the account.
Keep your account secure
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Never share a code with anyone. We never ask for it.
- Whatever you do with the account counts as done by you. If you notice that someone else is using it, contact us immediately.
- «Log out» in the app signs you out on all devices.
Suspension
We may suspend an account if it is used to breach these terms or the law, for example through fraud, threats, harassment, fake bookings or cheating with points, or if this is necessary to protect others. Only a responsible administrator can suspend an account, and the reason must be recorded. All sessions are ended, and you cannot sign in for as long as the suspension lasts.
If we suspend or restrict your account, we send written notice stating the reasons to the email address on your account, and you also see it if you try to sign in. You can always reply or write to [email protected] to object to the decision.
Delete the account
You delete the account yourself in the app under My account → Privacy & data → «Delete account & personal data». There you can also download your data. The account cannot be deleted while a taxi ride or a freight transport is in progress.
When the account is deleted, your name, e-mail and phone number are removed and the account is closed. Some data is kept, for example orders and receipts that the bokföringslagen (Swedish Accounting Act) requires (without your name), a personal identity number for an open RUT case (the Swedish tax deduction for household services), reports of safety incidents on your taxi rides, and the chat on those rides. What is kept and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Price, payment and fees
- The price comes from the business's own price list or quote. Our server calculates it, and you see it before you confirm. Prices in the app include VAT.
- Fees are charged only if the business has set them up, and they are then shown before you confirm: for example a restaurant's delivery fee, or a business's fee for late cancellation or for not showing up. Fees always go to the business, never to SeeYouSoon. A fee for late cancellation or a no-show is never higher than the price of the booking, and the business may waive it.
- If the business wants to add something after you have booked, for example extra work or materials, you see the amount in the app, and only what you yourself approve is charged. The exceptions are the hourly rate for moves (which, however, may never exceed the price estimate given by more than 15 % under section 36 of the Consumer Services Act unless you have agreed additional work) and waiting time for freight, which are calculated afterwards under the terms you saw before you booked (section 6).
- You pay the business directly: on site, in the car, at the door, against an invoice from the business or with «Pay with Swish». The Swish button opens Swish with the business's own number, the amount and a message, and you approve the payment in Swish. The app receives no notice from Swish that the payment has gone through; you get the receipt for the payment in Swish and from the business.
- No money passes through SeeYouSoon. It is not possible to pay by card through SeeYouSoon today. The full amount goes to the business, and we take no commission.
- An optional membership may come. We may later offer some optional extra features for customers in a low-cost membership. We will announce it in advance, and it will always be optional. Nothing that is free today will become paid unless we have said so in advance and you have been given a choice.
5. Taxi and Express parcel
Rides are performed by GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB, org. no. 559029-6546, taxi licence from the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). The contract for the ride is concluded with the taxi company once the ride has been given a driver, either because the driver accepted or because the app gave the ride directly to the driver. On the booking's receipt, the taxi company is stated as the seller and SeeYouSoon as the intermediary.
The price you see before you book is a fixed price for the route you have entered, including 6% VAT, and it does not change during the ride. If you add a stop or change the destination, a new fixed price applies only once you have approved it. If you want to raise the price so that a driver accepts sooner, or if the driver or customer service proposes a different price, that too applies only if you say yes. The driver registers the fixed price in the taximeter.
You pay the driver in the car when the ride is finished: by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club) in the car’s card terminal (iZettle) or by Swish to 123 569 16 96. No money goes through SeeYouSoon.
The receipt required by law is the taximeter's, and the driver offers it to you. In the app you also get a booking receipt.
You cancel in the app. While the app is looking for a driver, cancelling costs nothing, nor during the short time after a driver has taken the ride that the app states before you book. After that a late cancellation costs 25 % of the price, at least 50 kr, and 50 % of the price, at least 75 kr, if you do not come to the car. If the road to you is long it can cost more, and the app says the most it can be before you book. What a cancellation costs right then, the app shows before you confirm it.
If it is not your car: tap «Det är inte min bil» in the app. If our team's check confirms it, the cancellation is free.
If you travel with a guide or assistance dog, select «Guide or assistance dog (free of charge)»: the dog never costs anything, is never refused and is not filtered out as an ordinary pet (if a driver has a proven medical allergy, the ride goes straight to another car). If you travel with an ordinary companion animal, select pet instead so that the booking is matched with a car that accepts pets, according to any pet rules and surcharges of the taxi company shown before booking.
The ride starts when you show your start code to the driver. If you book for someone else, you are the customer and are responsible for the booking; in that case, give the passenger the start code.
In the car, the taxi company's rules apply, for example seat belts.
Express parcel
With Express parcel you send a parcel by taxi. The parcel is driven by the same taxi company, and the same rules as for a ride apply to payment and cancellation. The price is fixed and includes VAT, but a parcel is goods transport: the VAT is 25%, not 6% as for a ride, and the driver always enters the job on the taximeter's goods tariff with 25% VAT (TSFS 2013:41). To ensure that passenger transport always remains the taxi vehicle's main activity under chapter 2, section 16 of the Taxi Traffic Act, the parcel share is tracked per vehicle and financial year (warning at 35% and a block on new parcel jobs at 45%). You are responsible for making sure the parcel may be sent: illegal or dangerous items must never be sent.
6. Other services
For all the services below, it is the business in the booking that sells, performs and is responsible for the service or goods. The cancellation rules are those the app shows for your particular booking.
| Service | Price | Payment | Cancellation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Food and Groceries & Late-night shops (collection and delivery) | PriceThe business's prices, plus its delivery fee if you choose delivery. If an item is unavailable, the business may remove it, and the price then goes down. | PaymentOn collection, at the door in the way the business accepts, or by Swish to the business. | CancellationAs long as the business has not responded to the order. |
| Table booking | PriceThe booking costs nothing in the app. If the restaurant has a fee for late cancellation or for not showing up, it is shown before you book, and you then add a card. | PaymentYou pay the restaurant for what you eat. | CancellationFree of charge up to the restaurant's deadline. After that, or if you do not come, the fee that was shown before you booked is charged to your saved card. |
| Salons | PriceThe salon's price for the treatment. | PaymentAt the salon or by Swish to the salon. | CancellationFree of charge up to the salon's deadline. After that, or if you do not come, the salon may charge the fee that was shown before you booked. |
| Car wash | PriceThe business's price for the wash. | PaymentOn site or by Swish to the business. | CancellationAs for salons, with the car wash's deadline and fees. |
| Cleaning | PriceThe cleaning firm's price. With RUT, the firm deducts the reduction on the invoice; the deduction is provisional, and the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) decides. If Skatteverket does not grant the deduction, you pay the whole price, or the part that is refused, unless it is the company's fault. | PaymentThe cleaning firm invoices you, or Swish to the firm. | CancellationFree of charge up to the firm's deadline. After that, or if you do not show up, the firm's fee may apply. |
| Trades | PriceThe price stated in the quote you approve. Extra work and materials are charged only if you approve them in the app. | PaymentThe business invoices you, or Swish to the business. | CancellationFree of charge before the agreed start, not after it. If you are not there, the call-out fee in the quote may apply. |
| Car workshop | PriceThe workshop's price or quote. Extra work and parts are charged only if you approve them in the app. | PaymentTo the workshop, or Swish to the workshop. | CancellationFree of charge up to the workshop's deadline or, if the workshop has no deadline, up to the start. After that, the workshop's fee may apply. |
| Towing | PriceThe price is shown before you send the order. Fuel, longer towing and extra work are charged only if you approve them in the app. | PaymentTo the recovery company on site or by Swish. | CancellationAccording to the business's rule. Once a recovery operator has accepted, a fee may apply, which the business invoices. |
| Tyre hotel | PriceThe business's rent for the storage per period. | PaymentOn site or by Swish to the business. | CancellationAccording to the business's terms. |
| Moving | PriceThe removal firms' quotes (including for single items of furniture or household goods for consumers). With a fixed price, that price applies. With an hourly rate, the quote is an estimate, and the final price may not exceed the estimated price by more than 15 % unless you have agreed another limit or approved additional work in the app (section 36 of the Consumer Services Act). With RUT, the deduction is provisional and applies only to household moves between homes (never to transport of newly bought shop or second-hand items). If Skatteverket does not grant the deduction, you pay the whole price, or the part that is refused, unless it is the company's fault. | PaymentTo the removal firm, or Swish to the firm. | CancellationYou can cancel a request as long as it is open. You can cancel a booked move free of charge until the moving company is on its way (and under Bohag 2010 where that gives you better protection). This is the app's own promise, and it applies to every moving company in the app. |
| Freight | PriceThe carrier's price. Waiting time under the terms shown before you book is charged after delivery, and ferries, bridges, road tolls and congestion tax are added at actual cost. | PaymentThe carrier invoices you. | CancellationFree of charge in the app until a vehicle and a driver have been assigned. |
| Shops | PriceThe shop's prices, plus the shop's delivery fee if the shop offers home delivery and you choose it. | PaymentIn the shop when you collect, at the door when the shop delivers the goods with its own courier, or by Swish directly to the shop once it has started picking your order. | CancellationAs long as the shop has not started picking the order. |
| Dog walk | PriceThe walk's price in the app. | PaymentDirectly to the dog walker. | CancellationUp to the deadline before the walk that the app shows. |
| Events | PriceThe organiser's price, or free. | PaymentAt the entrance, if the ticket costs anything. | CancellationAccording to the organiser's rule, shown before you book. Some events cannot be cancelled in the app. If the event is cancelled, moved to another day or time, or changed in a way that materially affects you, you choose between keeping your ticket and claiming a refund from the organiser, who is responsible for the refund. |
| Hotels | PriceThe hotel's price for the nights, including VAT, which is shown before you confirm the booking. | PaymentAt the hotel. No payment in advance. | CancellationAccording to the hotel's rule, which is shown with the room before you book. |
RUT and ROT deductions at year-end
For a RUT or ROT deduction to count towards the current tax year, your payment must be booked with the provider no later than 31 December (if you pay by card or Swish on 30–31 December, the bank's booking date may fall in January). In addition, the work must be completed and the business's application submitted to the Swedish Tax Agency no later than 31 January the following year.
Food and age limits
Age-restricted goods are never delivered to your home. You collect them yourself and show identification at the business. You tell the business about allergies and special requests; the business is responsible for the food and for the information about it.
The moving AI scan
With «Scan the room with AI» you can photograph your rooms and get a suggestion for furniture, vehicle and number of movers. It is only an estimate, not a price. You correct the list before you send the request, and the price comes from the removal firms' quotes. The removal firm can see that the list came from a scan.
Flights and offers from tour operators
- You search for flights in the app. Aviasales searches among airlines and travel agencies and sells no tickets. You buy the ticket from the airline or travel agency you choose there. The links are marked «Ad», and SeeYouSoon receives compensation if you book through them. The flight prices in the app are what Aviasales users have found and may have changed; you see the final price with the seller. You need to be signed in to open the link.
- Package holidays from tour operators are shown as advertisements, marked with the operator's name. You book on the operator's site, and it is the operator that is responsible for the trip and for the travel guarantee.
7. How businesses are shown, and advertisements
How lists are sorted
Sorted by distance, availability or rating. Paid placements are marked Ad.
- Real businesses are always shown before any example displays («Demo – example display»).
- If you have shared your location, restaurants, shops and local services are shown by distance (closest first), availability (open now) or average rating. Otherwise the lists are generally sorted by availability, average rating and then name.
- Events are sorted by date, with the nearest first.
- On the map and in lists where paid placements appear, paid placement (marked «Ad») is shown first, then businesses that are open right now, then by average rating.
- «Featured partner» means that we have editorially selected the business without payment.
Ads
Every paid placement, banner and paid map pin is uniformly marked «Ad», together with information on which business is paying for the advertisement and why you see it. The advertisements are the businesses' own and are reviewed by our staff. Which advertisement you see depends only on where you are in the app, which service you are looking at and which city you have chosen; never on who you are or what you have previously booked. We keep only how many times an advertisement has been shown and clicked, not who did so.
Reviews
Reviews can only be left by signed-in customers who have completed a booking or ride with the business in the app. A review of a restaurant can be left within 90 days and once per order, and anyone who owns or works at a connected business cannot rate their own business. Your first name is shown with the review. The business can reply publicly and report a review to us, but cannot hide it itself.
8. SeeYouSoon Club
- The club is free, and everyone who has an account is a member.
- You earn points for completed bookings, rides and orders in the app. Points have no monetary value (SEK 0). They can never be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- With points you can unlock offers from the businesses. Businesses may also have stamp cards and member offers. The offer and the reward are provided by the business at its own expense as a direct price reduction on your purchase from the business, and you redeem them with the business using the code in the app.
- Points for a purchase that is cancelled, refunded or given a lower price are taken back. Points that have been given through cheating, error or abuse can also be taken back after a review by our staff.
- Material changes to the rules on how points are earned, redeemed or expire are communicated at least 30 days in advance via both e-mail and in the app.
- The club's own terms are in the app under SeeYouSoon Club, «Terms for SeeYouSoon Club», and they apply to the club. There you can also leave the club whenever you like.
9. Care
Care is a voluntary part of your account. It is handled only by our care team: customer service staff with special authorisation for Care.
- The «Care, Marital Status & Life Wishes» card is filled in only if you want to and consent to it. You can change or delete it whenever you like. The app ensures that no member of staff reads the daily well-being field; it is kept solely for yourself.
- «I am open to a life partner» means that the care team may suggest an introduction between you and someone else who has turned on the same setting themselves. That part is only for adults aged 18 or over who have confirmed their age with BankID in the app (without your personal identity number being saved on your profile). You answer the questions about faith only if you specifically consent to that.
- Nothing is shared unless both of you want it. In a suggestion you see only each other's first name, age and county. Only when you have both accepted do you receive each other's name, phone number and e-mail. You can decline, withdraw your yes or block the other person. Lock-screen push notifications always carry neutral wording («You have a new message in SeeYouSoon») without revealing that the notification concerns Care.
- Care is not a dating service. You cannot search for, browse or contact other users, and no other user – not even a driver – can search for you. We promise no suggestions and no result.
- What you write must be true and respectful. The text must not contain contact details or names of other people. The care team can hide a text and end an introduction.
- Once you have received each other's contact details, you are responsible for your contact yourselves. Meet in a public place and tell someone you trust. If something does not feel right, report it with «Report or block», which opens a contact with customer service.
- If you turn off «I am open to a life partner», you are no longer visible to the care team, and open suggestions are withdrawn. If you leave the switch off for 12 months, your data in Omtanke is deleted automatically after we have reminded you 30 days in advance. «Delete my answers» removes your answers immediately; which suggestions you have received is kept until the data is purged or you delete the account.
- Care is not healthcare or crisis support. If you want to talk to someone now, 1177 Vårdguiden (Sweden's healthcare advice line) answers around the clock, and Mind Självmordslinjen (the Mind suicide helpline) can be reached on 90101. If you are in danger, call 112.
10. Safety and SOS
SOS does not replace 112 — always call 112 if you are in danger.
- When you press and hold SOS during a taxi ride, a call to 112 opens, and the app alerts our staff and the taxi company. If you have chosen this, your trusted contacts receive a text message with a link so that they can follow the ride.
- You can share a link to the ride, and you can report it if the car that arrives is not the one shown in the app.
- After a ride you can avoid a driver, and anyone who reports an incident can block the other party. You will then not be matched again. The person who is blocked is not told, and our staff review every block.
- More about safety in the app is on the Safety page.
11. AI in the app
- Skanna rummet med AI gives an estimate of furniture, vehicle and number of movers, not a binding price (section 6).
- Translate in the chats is done by a machine. The translation may be wrong, so check anything important, for example times and addresses.
- The chat with customer service in the app is answered by an AI assistant. It cannot see your account or change anything in it, and its answers are not decisions made by us. If the matter concerns money or a complaint, contact customer service (section 14).
- Businesses' public texts are translated with AI (labelled «Automatically translated») and checked in the background by an AI model without personal data that can flag suspected prohibited goods for our staff, but never removes anything on its own.
More about how we use AI is on the AI at SeeYouSoon page.
12. Rules for what you write
These rules apply to everything you write or upload in the app: chats, messages, reviews, Q&A posts, your profile and texts in Care.
This is not allowed
- Illegal content, for example threats, harassment, incitement against a population group (hets mot folkgrupp), defamation or unlawful discrimination.
- Other people's personal data, images or contact details without their permission.
- Fake reviews, reviews of your own business and reviews that someone has paid for.
- Advertising, spam and links meant to draw people outside the app.
- Pretending to be someone else.
- Using a booking chat for anything other than the booking.
How we moderate
- Some checks run automatically. A word list checks reviews, business replies, chat messages, Q&A posts and public business texts against severe slurs and threatening or sexual insults in Swedish, English and Arabic (without AI) and rejects the text immediately so that you can rephrase it. Texts in Care and in Trades Q&A do not accept contact details or links, and accounts cannot be created with disposable email addresses.
- Reviews are reviewed by people. Our staff can hide a review that breaks the rules. You then receive a message stating the reason, and the business is informed that a review has been hidden.
- The care team can hide a text in Care.
- Authorised staff can read a booking chat, for example when handling a case, and every reading is logged. Staff cannot read the chat during a taxi ride. Chat messages are deleted 30 days after they were written, except the chat on a taxi ride where a safety incident has been reported.
- In the case of serious or repeated breaches, the account may be suspended (section 3).
If you believe a decision about your content or your account is wrong, write to [email protected] and explain why. How to report illegal content — in the app, via the form on the Report content page or by email — and what happens next is explained there.
If you delete your account, the text of your reviews is removed. The rating still counts towards the business's average, without your name.
13. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, under the distansavtalslagen you have the right to withdraw from a contract you have entered into in the app within 14 days (the withdrawal period). For a service, the period runs from the day you booked, and for goods from the day you received them. If you have not received the goods yet, the period has not begun. The period ends when the 14th day after that day is over. If the 14th day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period runs up to and including the next weekday. The right of withdrawal applies against the business you did business with.
| Service or goods | Right of withdrawal | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Taxi | Right of withdrawalNo | WhyThe right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport (Chapter 2, Section 1 a). |
| Restaurant food, fresh goods and other things that spoil quickly | Right of withdrawalNo | WhyGoods that can deteriorate quickly (Chapter 2, Section 11(4)). |
| Table booking, hotels and events | Right of withdrawalNo | WhyFood and drink service, accommodation and events on a specific date (Chapter 2, Section 11(12)). |
| Express parcel, freight and moving for a specific date or time | Right of withdrawalNo | WhyTransport of goods on a specific date or period (Chapter 2, Section 11(12)) — including when a booked move for a specific date includes packing or move-out cleaning in the same assignment. For consumer moves, Bohag 2010 and the app's own promise apply so that you can still cancel free of charge until the moving company is on its way. An open moving request without a specific date retains the 14-day right of withdrawal from booking. |
| Salon, car wash, cleaning, trades, workshop, vehicle recovery, tyre hotel and dog walking | Right of withdrawalYes, 14 days from the booking | WhyDoes not apply when the service has been fully performed after you have expressly (in an unticked checkbox when booking within 14 days) requested that performance start during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is completed (Chapter 2, Section 11(1)), nor to an urgent repair or maintenance measure in your home that you yourself have expressly requested (Chapter 2, Section 11(13)). For urgent vehicle recovery and roadside assistance, the terms below apply (Chapter 2, Section 11(1) and (12)). |
| Goods that do not spoil quickly, for example from shops, grocery shops and late-night shops | Right of withdrawalYes, 14 days from when you received the goods | WhyDoes not apply, for example, to sealed hygiene goods that you have opened, to goods made to your specifications or to goods that spoil quickly (Chapter 2, Section 11). The business answers for which goods in the order this concerns. |
How to withdraw
- In the app: for a booking of a salon, car wash, cleaning, crafts, workshop, vehicle recovery, tyre hotel, moving or dog walking service, and for an order from a shop, grocery shop or late-night shop, the button «Cancel purchase (right of withdrawal)» is on the booking's or order's page for as long as the withdrawal period runs, and for most also under «My orders». You fill in your name and e-mail, tick «I want to withdraw from the agreement» and tap «Submit withdrawal». SeeYouSoon receives the withdrawal on the business's behalf and forwards it to the business.
- Receipt: you immediately receive a receipt by e-mail stating the date and time at which the withdrawal was received.
- If the service has not begun, valid withdrawal always cancels it with a 0 kr fee, regardless of the business's normal cancellation deadline. When you book a service to be performed within 14 days, the app shows an unticked checkbox in which you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. If the service has begun, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been performed only if you have given such an express request; otherwise you pay 0 kr. Once the service has been fully performed, there is no right of withdrawal if you have given such an express request and acknowledgement; otherwise the right of withdrawal applies throughout the withdrawal period at no cost to you.
- Vehicle recovery and roadside assistance: recovery of a vehicle for a specific date or time constitutes transport of goods (Chapter 2, Section 11(12)), and urgent on-site roadside assistance begins at your express request in the app (Chapter 2, Section 11(1)). Using the button in the app you can nevertheless cancel or withdraw from the order free of charge (0 kr) until the recovery operator has begun the job. Once the job has begun after your express request, you pay for the work already performed, and once the recovery or roadside assistance has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
- In another way: if you prefer, you write to the business or to [email protected], and we pass it on. You can use the standard form below, but you do not have to.
- If you have paid, the business must refund you within 14 days. The shop will tell you how to return goods and whether you bear the cost of returning them.
Standard withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from a contract.
- To: the business in your booking, or SeeYouSoon (Timmarna Platform, Lilla Bommen 1, 411 04 Göteborg, [email protected]), which will pass it on.
- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods or the provision of the following service: ……
- Ordered on or received on: ……
- Consumer's name: ……
- Consumer's address: ……
- Consumer's signature (only if the form is sent on paper): ……
- Date: ……
14. Complaints and disputes
- A fault in a service or goods: complain (make a claim) to the business as soon as you notice the fault. Where the konsumenttjänstlagen (Consumer Services Act) or the konsumentköplagen (Consumer Sales Act) applies, a complaint made within two months is always in time.
- Report a problem in the app: for food, cleaning, trades, moving, freight and vehicle recovery you can report a problem directly in the booking. For food, you do so within seven days. We receive the report, put you in touch with the business and refer you onwards where needed, but we do not decide on money.
- Customer service answers around the clock in Swedish, Arabic and English. Never replaces 112 if life is in danger.
- Complaints about us or the app: contact [email protected] or customer service in the app; we reply within 14 days. More ways are on the contact page.
If you cannot reach agreement, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. You must first have complained to the business, and ARN must receive your complaint within one year of when you first complained. ARN charges a fee and has monetary limits; these are set out on arn.se.
We follow ARN's recommendations.
We do not follow ARN's recommendations.
The EU's online dispute resolution platform no longer exists (it was closed on 20 July 2025), so we do not link to it.
15. Liability
- The business that performs the service or sells the goods is responsible for it; for taxi, GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB is responsible for the ride.
- SeeYouSoon is responsible for the intermediation and the app working as described, and for damage we ourselves cause through negligence.
- We are not responsible for a business's service or goods, for information provided by a business or another user, for the AI's estimates and translations, or for what happens between two people after an introduction in Care.
- The app may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a fault. We do what we can to keep it working.
- You are responsible for the information you provide being correct and for how you use the account.
- Your rights under consumer law are not affected, and we never limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
16. Changes
Each version is dated and published here. If there are material changes, the app will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in or book. Previously accepted versions apply to what you have already booked.
17. For businesses
SeeYouSoon takes no commission on completed orders. The terms for connected businesses are in the partner terms, and the agreement on how we process personal data on the businesses' behalf is in the data processing agreement.
18. Governing law and courts
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the law there gives you as a consumer. A dispute that we do not resolve together or through ARN is tried by a general court in Sweden. All our terms and policies are collected under Terms and policies.
